QA-QC certification

The environmental laboratory is fully integrated into the company internal quality system, implemented in accordance with the ISO 9001 Standard requirements and certified by SGS.

The laboratory is fully accredited by CIA (Czech Institute for Accreditation) based on accreditation criteria pursuant to ČSN EN ISO/IEC 17025, and holds certification for a laboratory No. 1243. Chemical, bacteriological and radiological analyses of water, leachate, soil, waste, soil gas, biological material and other samples are subjects of the accreditation. 101 test methods and 7 processes have been certified.

The laboratory also has Slovak accreditation to perform chemical, physical, microbiological and biological analyses of curative and mineral water.


Based on the emphasis placed on the high quality of work we are holder of several other professional qualifications:

Permit issued by the State Office for Nuclear Safety for the measurement and evaluation of the content of natural radionuclides in water, including alpha and beta activity, radium 226, radon 222 and uranium

Permit for the handling of ionization sources, in a scale and method that includes collection and use of open radiation emitters.

The laboratory has been registered by the Ministry of Environment pursuant to Article 92 paragraph 1 of the Water Act as a laboratory accredited for the sampling and analysis of wastewater.

The laboratory regularly participates in inter-laboratory calibration tests for various parameters in different types of material and sample collection.

The high level of professionalism of laboratory workers is supported by personal certification.
